Attendance numbers for IMA Europe Milano meeting grow daily. Hosted by Amilon in the beautiful venue Villa Erba (Co) the 5th May 2016, medical the event is is shaping up to what promises to be a great afternoon of presentations, no rx networking and collaboration.

toniniDaniele Tonini, buy Professor of Department of Decision Sciences at Bocconi University and partner at Target Research, will be delivering a multi-country presentation on the perception of digital rewards analysed from consumers’ perspective. Four commodities sector investigated in five European countries to know the preferences of customers and guide the choice in the construction of a real effective loyalty catalogue.

 
stefaniniCarlo Stefanini, General Manager di Promarsa e Associados, will explain how loyalty is evolving from a program logic to a system logic: segmentation needs, customers’ data availability, the impact of digital and new channels, undefined boundary lines between sectors. All these elements will lead to re-think the structure of a loyalty program on final customers, creating a real ‘loyalty system”, shaped on relationship marketing actions designed in combined way and launched integrated on various client’s clusters.

The event represents a unique chance to share knowledge and best practices on incentive and motivational marketing in Europe.
